A pocket edition of one of the most acclaimed racers on PlayStation. We play the role of Tanner and join a number of missions, using many different vehicles.

Continuation of one of the most popular console arcade games. The series began in 1999 with the title released for the first generation of the PlayStation. Very quickly a full-fledged continuation was created, which went to the same platform. However, the second part of the Driver was converted into a Nintendo portable console. We are dealing here with a very limited product, although all the most important elements of the game have been transferred in a very similar form. Sennari Interactive is responsible for preparing the conversion and has also produced several games from the Powerpuff Girls series.

The basic assumptions of the plot remained unchanged, of course. We continue to play the role of a policeman named Tanner working under the cover. We can also count on the help of Tobias Jones, with whom the main character works closely. The basic game mode consists of thirty complex missions, which were built on the basis of a campaign. All stages have been logically linked. As the game progresses, we sit behind the wheel of various vehicles. We do not move on our own. Subsequent missions are very diverse. For example, we need to track the selected vehicle, catch the escaping villain, flee from the police, or arrive at the chosen place within the set time limit at the same time. As in the original, the level of difficulty of some stages was set at a very high level. The game rewards you for flawless manoeuvres and a good knowledge of the route of the journey. Between stages, you can also read the text information displayed by the game to find out more about the current progress.
