Drains is an old-style side-scroll platformer. The player's task is to find and open six hidden tides in order to save the world from the ocean waters flooding it.

Drains is an old-style side-scroll platform action game created by the independent studio Pathea Games. The game is based on the so-called corridor, where the player can move freely in any direction.

A long time ago a commander called "King of the Seas" led his huge army to victory, conquering the underwater world. By the way, however, he closed six hidden tides, causing the waters of the oceans to rise, flooding the whole world known to us. Having nowhere to go, people slowly started to lose hope. They needed someone who dared to take up the challenge, embark on a dangerous journey and turn the world around. The role of this daredevil is played by us, the players.

In order to achieve the goal, we will have to travel through an underwater world full of incredible views and intriguing sounds. We have ten different locations to overcome, each divided into three acts, and more than 20 different types of opponents and bosses. Interestingly, each of them uses their own unique attack style and specific skills. In order to win, we will have to adapt to the situation and tactics of the enemy. According to the authors, with Drains awaits us more than 15 hours of entertainment.

In addition to the purely arcade aspect, the game also introduces a small RPG element. As the game progresses, we also raise the level of our hero's experience, which in turn allows us to use more and more powerful and effective attacks. We can also improve combat skills using a number of improvements purchased in the store.
