In the game you play not only Kim, but also other cartoon characters - Ron Stoppable and Rufus. Along with them, you'll cross the Alps, Egypt and a Pacific island, among others. Gemini's detention is not an easy task. Along the way you have to deal with many enemies that you can stop with acrobatic movements of kung fu. During the game there are many running and jumping. At some stages you sit at the controls of vehicles and avoid obstacles.

You can use eight different gadgets to make the task easier. Both when controlling the vehicle and using gadgets, a touch screen is useful. At Disney's Kim Possible: Global Gemini you can also have fun with your friends and try your hand at snowboarding, for example.
