In this production, Miki, the well-known and liked title character, is looking for sensational news for the latest edition of the municipal newspaper, where he works as a reporter. In order to do this, you go to the district of elegant hotels and clubs, where in the late evening a lot of surprises await you at every step. While searching for valuable information, Mike and players are faced with a number of exciting tasks to complete, such as helping Goofy get back to bed or helping Captain O'Hara catch a cunning thief who has long been rooting in the city. In addition, during the game with Miki children will visit various places, such as Donald's dance club, decorate the streets, creating unique neon signs, and help to prepare an article about the best hotel in the area.

By helping the title character to collect material for the next edition of the newspaper, children develop mathematical and linguistic skills, practise memory, concentration, spatial orientation, learn how to listen to commands and develop musical sensitivity. As with the other programs in the Disney Education series, here too, all tasks have been adapted to the abilities of children of a given age, in this case pre-school age.
