Digested

Digested is a survival horror game in which we must avoid being eaten by a giant snake. It's the debug game of an indie studio Karel.

Mechanics

Digested is a first-person game. Unlike in most first-person games, we don;'t see the events from the protagonist's perspective, but rather from the camera attached to his suit. This means the player can grab the camera and turn it around, seeing not only the surroundings but also ourselves.

The game is set in a forest, as we're only equipped with a map and a compass. We must discover navigation points to find the extraction capsule and get out of there.

All the while we're pursued by a massive, hungry snake. As we traverse the thicket, we must be careful and try not to make any noise. If we're detected, we must run for it and seek shelter in an abandoned building... if we can reach it.
