Attack of the Fanboy: 4 / 5 by Mike Guarino
A Criminal Past will likely be the last that we hear from the Deus Ex series for a while, but if that's the case then it at least ends things on a high note for the time being. The DLC offers a bite-sized version of everything great about the main game, while taking things to a new setting that fans will eat up.
GamingTrend: 85 / 100 by Ron Burke
A Criminal Past puts Adam in jail for a great self-contained storyline pushing a solid narrative and a far greater emphasis on stealth in the final DLC for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. While the voice acting can be a bit of a mixed bag, there’s no doubt that Eidos Montreal is ending this one on a high note.
The Digital Fix: 6 / 10 by Rob Kershaw
A disappointing finale for a series that started out with huge potential, but which fails to tie up any loose ends satisfactorily.
