Deliver Us Home is a sci-fi action adventure game. This is the third installment in the Deliver Us series developed by the Dutch studio KeokeN Interactive, which obtained additional production funds through the Kickstarter service.

Plot

In Deliver Us Home we move into the distant future of the 23rd century. Humanity is forced to find a new planet, which they will call home. This takes place many years after they had to leave the destroyed Earth.

For this purpose, we embody a trained interplanetary astronaut who is sent into the cosmic vastness to carry out the most important mission for humanity.

After a long journey through the void, we reach a planet with high potential for habitation, where we have the opportunity to utilize our skills. On the surface, beyond its exploration, we are forced to uncover the secret of the mysterious settlers who somehow arrived on the planet before us.

Gameplay

An important aspect of the game is the exploration of the planet itself, as well as the space around it. For this, we use the found power cells and pressure plates to unlock long-abandoned places. Additionally, we use the help of our robotic companion in moving around, to whom we can give commands, as well as a rover to reach inaccessible areas.

Survival mechanics force us to prepare for expeditions, create items and improve the suit, the robot and the vehicles. It all allows us to make progress in the discovered locations, like in a metroidvania game. We can find the necessary materials, ingredients, and information needed for survival on the planet.
