The next edition of the most popular chess program in the world - Fritz - by Chessbase studio. In this version, the game engine has been additionally optimized, thanks to which the title uses the computing power of multi-core processors. The interface has also been remodeled.
Deep Fritz 14 is the next installment of one of the most popular chess programs in the world. Chessbase studio, specializing in this type of subject matter, is responsible for its creation, as well as previous productions included in this series.
The most important change compared to the previous versions of the series is the completely rebuilt Deep Fritz Engine - the developers decided to write the vast majority of the game code from scratch, thanks to which the title works much more efficiently on computers with both 64 and 32-bit operating systems and gives the possibility to use the computing power of multi-core processors (maximum eight cores). Thanks to these changes, the production gained as much as 100 Elo points (chess ranking). In addition, the program has been optimized for Windows 8.1. Improvements have also touched the interface, making Deep Fritz 14 even more intuitive and allowing you to get to the desired options and functions faster.
The program also includes a number of features known from previous parts of this series - here we gain access to the Chessbase Engine Cloud, which allows for faster and more accurate analysis of moves and calculation of the probability of games using the computing power of other computers connected to the game's network platform. Developers also guarantee us a chance to try the Let's Check module, which allows us to analyze player's moves and save data from the currently played game on another computer.
