Deadly Association Description
Deadly Association is another game in the Microids development team's output realized within the "Microids Games For All" project. Production is one of the most popular HOG adventure genre among casual players.
The action of the game takes place in New York. A couple of forensic experts, ChloƩ Cunningham and Paul Baxter, deal with the murder of a young woman. Half naked Nancy Boyle was found dead in front of her house in Brooklyn. In the course of the investigation, police officers follow a series of mysterious murders among the shareholders of a large company.
The game in Deadly Association replicates species patterns. The main challenge facing the player is to find objects cleverly hidden in images rich in detail. Following the example of a real police investigation, the protagonists visit crime scenes, look for evidence, compare fingerprints and use specialised tools. The game is enriched by mini-games (puzzles, match-3 puzzles, etc.).
Deadly Association's visual setting is based on two-dimensional hand drawn backgrounds with simple animations. From the technical point of view, the game uses a proven, original engine, which was also used in earlier casual productions of Anuman Interactive.
