Dawn Patrol is a flight simulator straight from Rowan Software, trying to faithfully reflect the reality of air fights of planes from the period of World War I. The game is realized in the form of an encyclopaedia, which in a short but concrete way gives on a tray all the necessary information about the machines, pilots and famous air battles that took place during the Great War.

Immerse yourself in the age of aerial combat, when pilot skill and intuitive aerial tactics meant the difference between victory and defeat. Take the challenge, climb into the cockpit and allow Dawn Patrol to transport you back to the time when the death defying Aces were Masters of the Skies...

* Take the controls of one of 13 period aircraft including the Sopwith Camel, SPAD 7, and The Red Baron's Fokker Triplane.

* Leading Edge Technology provides fully Image Mapped aircraft and landscapes.

* 640x400 SVGA mode gives 4 times the resolution of standard VGA flight sims.

* A myriad of viewing perspectives (View Matrix) including interior cockpit, multiple external and unique ordnance view.

* Over 150 missions to accomplish ranging from traditional dogfighting to balloon busting, each with full mission briefing and embedded hypertext.
