Danger Zone

Danger Zone is an arcade driving game, in which a player assumes the role of a test driver trying to cause biggest crashes and damage possible. The game has been developed by Three Fields Entertainment, established in 2014 by Alex Ward and Fiona Sperry - the creators of the legendary Criterion Software, known for creating the Burnout series and some installments in the Need for Speed series. The studio has already developed such arcade games as Dangerous Golf and Lethal VR designed for Virtual Reality headgear.

Mechanics

In the PC, XONE and PS4 release of Danger Zone, a player assumes the role of a test driver whose objective is to cause grand crashes and explosions. A player receives at his disposal a total of twenty diverse scenarios, in which he has to get the highest score possible (the game delivers online ranking boards). In the game, one drives down the wrong way on jammed streets and rams into nearby cars and trucks. To inflict additional crash damage, for which a player is awarded points, he can use the SmashBreaker ability. Apart from the aforementioned missions, one can also enjoy the sandbox mode, in which one can wreak havoc on a section of a highway.
