Crime Scene Cleaner PC

Crime Scene Cleaner is a simulation game with stealth elements, in which we clean crime scenes on behalf of the mafia in order to obtain funds for our daughter's stay in the hospital. The game was developed by the President Studio from Poland, whose portfolio includes such projects as Celestial Empire, I Am Your President and Ship Builder.

Mechanics

In Crime Scene Cleaner we watch the action from a first-person perspective (FPP). The game is divided into missions, during which we clean up after our mafia "colleagues". Even though we're not the ones doing the killing, blood and dead bodies are an omnipresent sight in the game.

Before the start of each mission we can take a moment to choose the appropriate work tools. We get rid of evidence with the help of a mop, a pressure washer (for which we choose various attachments) or air fresheners that combat unpleasant odors.

It doesn't end there, because we are also responsible for the disposal of bodies. On top of that we often have to hurry to deal with our duties before the police arrive at the scene. If we don't make it in time, we have no other choice but to run away, sneaking behind the backs of law enforcement and not getting caught red-handed.

As we progress, we gain funds that we can use to purchase better equipment. Given that one can never have too much money, there is nothing stopping us from trying to "borrow" valuable items from the victims of the mafia, which they will probably no longer need (like an expensive watch), and then sell them to make some extra money on the side.
