Cricket Coach 2011 is a powerful simulator allowing you to manage and train your cricket team. Most of the time we spend analyzing tables full of statistics and information about our team. During the matches we observe a simplified playing field with moving dots symbolizing the players.
At the beginning of the game we choose one of the numerous national teams or clubs. The powerful base includes all the players and teams from the most recognizable leagues in the world - both current and historical. Nothing stands in the way of preparing the original team from scratch, as well as modifying the current rules concerning, among other things, the aging of players or transfers between clubs.
The main game screen is divided into a number of tabs from which we can make decisions about the first line-up for the upcoming game, finances, player exchange and other important issues from the point of view of the coach and team manager. On the other hand, during the match we have to react to events taking place on the pitch on an ongoing basis. The final result depends to a large extent on whether we choose the right tactics for the team. We can also influence the level of aggressiveness of players, as well as make changes.
After the game, the player receives an extensive set of statistics to draw conclusions about the weak points of the team. It is the vast amount of data available that is one of the most important elements of Cricket Coach 2011. They include not only the results of matches played, but also historical records, which is a real treat for fans of this sport.
Cricket Croach 2011's audiovisual setting is minimalist. Tables and lists of numbers dominate, and the matches are shown in a very simplified way.
