An action adventure RPG, inspired by the popular Pokemon series. Creature Keeper allows us to fight alongside tamed creatures. We explore a world full of weird beings and use our cooked meals to recruit them to our team. We can obtain the necessary ingredients from our pocket garden.
Creature Keeper is an indie RPG created by a solo developer nicknamed Fervir. The game allows us to build and develop a team of tamed creatures for the purpose of using them in combat. The game was inspired by the Pokemon series and was created thanks to community funding.
Gameplay
Traveling through distant corners of a fantasy world, we encounter fifty types of creatures, including large frogs and agile insects. To tame them, we need to discover and then exploit their culinary tastes. The assembled team supports us in the fight against monsters that cannot be recruited. Apart from personally handling weapons, we pay attention to the strengths and weaknesses of our characters.
Apart from the cooking mechanics, Creature Keeper can offers a plant breeding system. In a portable garden consisting of 25 tiles, we plant the seeds we found. Not only ingredients for dishes grow from them, but also equipment.
By taming or fighting with creatures, we earn points, which we can then spend to unlock entries in the Bestiary. Thanks to them, we have access to stats, including data on the resistances of our opponents.

Creatures on earth suffer from a strange disease, as a result of which they go mad, attacking both humans and each other. The main character of Creature Keeper sets off to solve this mystery, remembering stories about a man traveling with creatures by his side, and even being able to talk to them.
