Crazy Strike Bowling EX Description
Crazy Bowling Strike EX is an anime style arcade game and a variation of traditional bowling. The game is an improved version of Crazy Strike Bowling released in 2012, and was developed by Corecell Technology, the creators of titles such as Wicked Monsters BLAST! and AeternoBlade series. Crazy Strike Bowling EX was released exclusively on PlayStation 4 and takes advantage of the capabilities of the PlayStation Move controller.
Mechanics
Crazy Strike Bowling EX is a kind of variation on classic bowling, enriched with elements of arcade games. The bowling courses are in the open air, e.g. a watermill, an ice tunnel, a crystal mine or snow-covered land. The aim of the game is, of course, to strike all the bowling. However, there are many obstacles and power-ups standing on our way. During the game, we can play as one of the six characters - each of them is characterized by slightly different statistics (strength, control, curving the ball) and has its own unique special ability. Along with the progress of the game, we gradually unlock new elements of clothing, allowing for personalisation of our character, as well as new types of balls with different parameters.
Game modes
Crazy Strike Bowling EX offers a wide range of different gameplay modes in which we can play both alone and with other players. Up to four people can compete simultaneously in local or network mode.
Technical aspects
Unlike the original game released 4 years earlier on PS4, Crazy Strike Bowling EX runs on Unreal Engine 4 instead of Sony Computer Entertainment's PhyreEngine. Thanks to this, the game, which is, in fact, a fairly faithful copy of the predecessor, looks much better in terms of visual. The game uses the capabilities of the PlayStation Move controller (although you can also play with a classic gamepad).
