Crab Game PC

Crab Game is an online action game inspired by the Netflix series Squid Game. It was developed by Dani Deverson and his friends. It is a completely free project - we don't pay anything for downloading it and there are no ads or micropayments.

Mechanics

The game recreates in the form of multiplayer matches the children's games known from the Korean series Squid Game. The events are observed from an first person perspective, and up to 35 players can participate in a single match.

Crab Game offers 28 maps and nine game modes, modeled on those of the hit TV series, as well as the children's games that inspired the series. We get, among others, a variation of "red light, green light", in which the characters can only move forward when the figure at the end of the map is facing away from them.

We can also participate in stick fights, in which you must push your opponents off platforms. In another game the player runs around the playground with a bomb and has to pass it to another player. If he fails to do so before a certain time, the bomb explodes. In Crab Game there is also a challenge of crossing the distance between two islands by jumping on stones placed between them.

The game not only recreates the familiar games from the series, but offers several different maps for each of them. Thanks to that, the challenges are not just a copy of what we remember from Squid Game.

The game offers only multiplayer mode.

Technical aspects

Crab Game features simple 3D graphics built on the Unity engine. The first version of the game was developed in just two weeks and therefore many of its elements are quite messy. However, this does not hinder the fun, because the whole thing has a strongly humorous character, and underdevelopment often strengthens the comedic aspect of the production.
