Cloudlands: VR Minigolf PC

Cloudlands: VR Minigolf, available on PC, was developed by Futuretown studio. Like the developer's other title, Jeeboman, the production was created for virtual reality goggles. The rules of the game refer to the classic mini-golf, but the action is set in a fantastic archipelago floating in the skies.

Mechanics

The control scheme makes Cloudlands: VR Minigolf stand out from other games of this type. The player won't notice any indicators here, and the controller's moves are transferred to the game environment on a scale of one to one. We can look around freely by moving our heads. The gameplay itself, as befits a mini-golf, focuses on trying to hit the ball into a hole located at the end of the track while avoiding obstacles. It is important to achieve success with as few shots as possible.

Game modes

Cloudlands: VR Minigolf, available on PC, has single player variants and multiplayer modes. In the single career mode, we play during three seasons of the year (summer, autumn and winter) which offer different visual experiences. Multiplayer, in turn, allows you to compete on one computer (in the so-called "hot chair" mode), as well as over the Internet. The game has also implemented an observer's camera - the game image is transmitted in real time to the monitor screen, which allows others to passively participate in the game. In addition, the developers have provided a special editor that allows you to create your own tracks and share them with the game's community.

Technical aspects

Cloudlands: VR Minigolf takes place in a three-dimensional environment and the action is presented from the first person perspective. The title is characterized by high-quality graphics. It requires virtual reality goggles and dedicated motion controllers.
