Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare - Havoc Description
Havoc is the first expansion for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, an FPS game in the hit series by Activision. The DLC is a part of a season pass.
The biggest news in Havoc is Exo Zombies – a previously unavailable story mode meant mostly for cooperation play for 4 players. In this mode, we appear in an Atlas Corporation research facility (the same one as in the original game) where tests of an experimental bioweapon went awry and caused a fast spread of a virus turning people into bloodthirsty mutants. The players assume control over four members of the lab staff with no combat training. After a failed evacuation, they have to survive inside the facility. Of course, the most effective weapons are the exoskeletons which are very characteristic feature of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, however, what’s interesting, the enemy uses the very same things. The characters of Exo Zombies are voiced by Bill Paxton, John Malkovich, Rose McGowan and Jon Bernthal.
Four new multiplayer maps are also a part of this DLC. These are: Core (ruins of a science facility in Gobi desert), Urban (futuristic megastructure in Dallas for close quarter combat), Sideshow (abandoned motel with grotesque circus staff all around) and Drift (snowy skiing city in the Rocky Mountains).
Apart from the abovementioned, Havoc introduces one extra weapon, AE4 assault rifle, which shoots directed energy. The add-on also offers a modified variant of this weapon called AE4 Widowmaker.
