A simple strategy referring to some extent to the products from the "Sim City" series. We skillfully manage our properties, striving to constantly multiply our capital.

Build-a-lot, released on NDS and PC, is a simple economic strategy, in which we play the role of a real estate manager, skillfully managing our lots. The game was developed and published by Mumbo Jumbo.

Mechanics

The main goal of Build-a-lot is to transform a small company into a large financial empire. We spend the majority of our time on designing, building, buying, renting and selling land, buildings and premises. In the initial phase of the game, the range of our capabilities is mainly limited to the management of buildings and flats of a lower standard, however, as the game progresses, we will unlock more prestigious constructions - residences, estates and even luxurious palaces.

The game has very simple economic dependencies. We must skillfully regulate rental and sale prices, as well as successively equipping properties with new components. The latter category includes burglar alarms, swimming pools, and gyms. The level of satisfaction of future and present residents may also be positively influenced by public buildings - schools, museums or banks. Some of these designs unlock additional options. For example, tool shop unlocks a bonus thanks to which you can train the workforce for less money.
