Bridge Constructor: The Walking Dead is a puzzle game representing a popular series in which players can demonstrate their ability to create clever (and above all, durable) structures with limited resources. This time the developers from the ClockStone studio series responsible for development take us to The Walking Dead universe.

Plot

The action of Bridge Constructor: The Walking Dead takes place in the mentioned universe, where humanity has been decimated by a mysterious virus that turns people into bloodthirsty zombies. Our task is to create safe passes for the most recognizable machines that appeared in The Walking Dead TV series. The game also features iconic characters from this universe, such as Daryl, Michonne and Eugene.

Mechanics

In Bridge Constructor: The Walking Dead we observe the action from the side. The game is divided into missions, in which we try to create bridges (but not only) for various vehicles. However, in a world where zombies as well as other people are a deadly threat to humans, this is not an easy task. Its realization is additionally complicated by extremely limited resources. Apart from thinking about the next creative projects, during the game we have to deal with such issues as luring the Walkers into traps or spreading the explosives in appropriate places.

Technical aspects

The graphic design of Bridge Constructor: The Walking Dead was maintained in a gloomy style known from the TV series. As in the previous parts of the cycle, the game has an advanced physical engine that takes care of the realistic behavior of the individual objects; the way the forces acting on our constructions are rendered as well as the animations based on the ragdoll system can be liked.
