Boxer's Road 2: The Real to remake, and in a sense also a continuation, of a position released in 1995 for Sony PlayStation (Japan only). The game was produced by New studio, known from two sensational editions of Victorius Boxers, created with PS2 in mind (2002 and 2005 respectively). The publisher is the Japanese company Ertain.

Boxer's Road 2: The Real allows a player to play as one of 139 players belonging to 79 sports clubs. It is worth mentioning that all of them are equivalents of real boxers, which is the result of purchasing a license from the Japanese Trade Union. The authors have also created a mode of creating their own athlete, which allows, among other things, to throw their own likeness into the game.

The main mode of the game consists in carrying out a boxer selected from among the available or created from scratch throughout his career - from the beginnings in the forest speluns, to large galas played in the world's largest sports halls. The player's task, apart from rolling fights, is to maintain the player's form and increase his abilities. For this purpose, an extended training option has been made available.
