Borderlands 4

Borderlands 4 is the fourth main installment in the best-selling looter shooter series launched in 2009. The sequel was developed by Gearbox Software studio, which oversees the development of the series, while its release was handled by 2K Games, the company that manages the brand.

In Borderlands 4 we once again take on the role of the so-called Vault Hunters - a kind of futuristic treasure hunters who follow the trail of mythical crypts filled with treasures.

In the Borderlands games we view the action from a first-person perspective (FPP) and take control of one of the characters varied in terms of combat skills and preferred weapons. We travel through various locations and complete quests, as well as face hordes of enemies. Apart from the "cannon fodder", which appears in bulk quantities, from time to time we have to face much more powerful bosses.

As we progress, we develop characters and gather increasingly better equipment (weapons and various combat gadgets). Individual items are procedurally generated, so the chance of encountering two identical objects is essentially zero. In addition to this, the game provides us with vehicles, which we can control to move faster between distant points on the maps.

Borderlands 4 allows for both solo play and cooperative gameplay over the Internet.
