Bonaparte: A Mechanized Revolution is a turn-based strategy and the debut project of independent Canadian Studio Imugi. The company was founded by Jongwoo Kim (co-founder of Kitfox Games – publisher of the best-selling Dwarf Fortress), Martin Brouard (co-founder of Sabotage – studio responsible for The Messenger and Sea of Stars) and Quinn Kybartas.

Plot

Bonaparte: A Mechanized Revolution offers us an alternative, steampunk vision of the French Revolution, in which the war is fought not only by humans, but also by powerful steam-powered mechs known as Colossi. In addition, Napoleon Bonaparte is replaced by other representatives of the titular family - Celine and Cesar. During the game we embody one of these characters, and the fate of both them and the future of the revolution, and consequently - the whole of France, depends on our decisions.
