Sequel, a popular real-time strategy (RTS), whose market debut took place in May 2003. The action of the program takes the player to the frontline of World War II, where as the commander of the army of one of the four fighting factions (to choose from: Germany, Great Britain, the USSR and the United States) he must lead his subordinate troops to victory.

Blitzkrieg 2: The Road to Freedom is the second official extension to Blitzkrieg 2's popular real-time war strategy (RTS). The appendix introduces two new campaigns for single player mode based on historical facts. Players have the opportunity to command the Allied forces on the Italian front or to evacuate Third Reich troops from France. Developers from Nival studio took care of a lot of changes, including a modified Enigma engine.

The first extension to the military RTS Blitzkrieg 2. The supplement offers three major campaigns: Operation Bagration (the great offensive of the Soviet army, liberating Belarus and opening the way to Germany), the siege of witnesses of Budapest, as well as the acquisition of Kurland Fortress. The authors have also introduced a lot of additional equipment.
