The most exciting fighting games of 2018
Injustice 2, Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2 and Tekken 7 made 2017 one of the best years for brawler games since a long, long time. So far, it seems that 2018 will have nothing to be ashamed of either.

BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle Description
BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle is an arcade game developed by the Japanese studio Arc System Works, known from Persona 4: Arena, BlazBlue and the Guilty Gear series.
Mechanics
The game is a classic fighting game, which in terms of gameplay is based on the foundations of previous installments. The gameplay comes down to battles between two characters, fought at a very fast pace. Each of the warriors has a unique fighting style and a set of special moves.
BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle is a 2.5D fighting game, which means that despite three-dimensional locations, the fight is fought in two dimensions. As the title suggests, the key role is played by the Tag system, which enables us to select two characters before a battle and then switch between them during the duel. Each member of the team has their own health bar.
The gallery of available characters is quite interesting. While creating it, the devs drew both from their own franchises as well as from other titles. There are characters like Ragna and Jun from the BlazBlue series, Yu Narukami from Persona 4 Arena, Hyde from Under Night In-Birth or Ruby Rose from the animated series RWBY.
Game modes
The game offers a story campaign for a single player and the ability to face the AI in independent battles. The multiplayer option, available on a single screen and across the Internet, has not been forgotten either.
Technical aspects
The game offers attractive visuals that combine two-dimensional, smoothly animated characters with cartoonish three-dimensional locations.
