Blaster Master Overdrive Wii

Blaster Master: Overdrive is the return of the classic NES series. SunSoft studio has developed a bit of the old idea of the game by combining two schemes in one title and creating an arcade shooting in a new setting.

The story of the game tells the story of Alex, a young biologist, who faces the difficult task of saving the world from extinction. The virus spreading across the planet infects a large part of the flora and fauna, and the hero's task is to stop further epidemics and find an antidote. A special S.O.P.H.I.A. robot, a four-wheeled and reshaping vehicle that can cope with most of the natural obstacles and an unfriendly climate, helps the heros mission.

The authors have moved the classic platformer's assumptions from the NES version of the game, allowing you to overcome several levels again as a S.O.P.H.I.A. In addition, the creators also allowed Alex to direct the fate of himself in the shooter, in which the action is shown in isometric projection. The hero's task on these special levels is to get improvements to the vehicle, which will help him cope with the additional dangers lurking in the rest of the game.

SunSoft has prepared eight different maps on which players have to deal with the virus and powerful mutations of animals and plants. The whole game has undergone a major audiovisual renovation, although some of the characteristic graphic and musical elements will also be found in the Overdrive edition of Master Blaster.
