Beyond Astra PC

Representing the debut of French studio Nebule Games, Beyond Astra is a 4X strategy game inspired by the classic Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri and the Master of Orion series, which allows you to build a space empire in real time on a large, growing, randomly generated map. You move from the space sphere to the terrestrial one without a loading screen: simply by zooming in on the view.

Gameplay

We start our adventure in Beyond Astra on an unknown planet. We create society from scratch, taking into account factors such as climatic needs and the ability to adapt to the environment. The level of consciousness and the political and cultural leanings of the civilization being developed also matter. The three basic skill trees include science, culture and religion, while victory is ensured by achieving one of the seven Civilization-style conditions: economic, military, diplomatic, scientific, cultural, religious or points.

Beyond Astra features a deft transition from implementing tactics in space to erecting buildings and planning production networks on land. We are engaged in transporting resources and enhancing the quality of life of our citizens.

Interactions with other life forms will not always be peaceful, hence fleet organization is required. Each ship has fully customizable parts, and combat in Beyond Astra includes individually rotating turrets and advanced collision management that allows real-time interception of missiles in flight.
