The game allows us to once again direct the actions of the warrior Gatsu, who wields a huge sword of death. The plot, as is often the case in games of this genre, goes to the background, being only a pretext for the real slaughter of hordes of monsters. That's more or less what the whole gameplay looks like: Gatsu breaks through successive locations, killing everything that stands in his way and finishing each stage with a fight with a powerful boss.

Our hero has two types of sword attacks (lighter and stronger), assigned to separate pad buttons. He also has the ability to use a distance weapon (especially useful in fighting against bosses, whose enormous strength makes melee combat almost impossible to win), and is also able to enter into a state of combat fury. When we are in a state of frenzy, we see the world in blood red and get superhuman strength to cut enemies at an incredible speed. Such a fury does not last too long, so it is worth to use it as effectively as possible.
