Jack T. Thompson is an American bomber pilot who fought during World War II. During an unlucky mission, he is shot down over one of the islands in the Bermuda Triangle. After landing, it turns out that somehow he ended up in the land where ancient civilization lives, in a company with dinosaurs. One of them is trying to consume a half naked princess attached to the altar. This is the story (air fights in the Caribbean, during World War II? I don't think...) starts with Bermuda Syndrome, an arcade adventure variation on Flashback.
Bottom story from the opening movie, Bermuda Syndrome turns out to be a moderately pleasant position. The whole thing is maintained in the atmosphere of the aforementioned Flashback, Jack moves very similarly to the hero of that production, fights against dinosaurs and sometimes uses objects scattered here and there. The game is characterized by good graphics in high resolution, with very nice, pastel backgrounds and even impeccable character animation. The perfectly rendered dinosaurs also make a big impression, as in 1995, they are simply wonderful. The biggest drawback of the game, however, is its scenario, if you go to get used to the fairy tale reality, so the dialogues of the main characters cry out for vengeance to heaven. A princess in love who speaks with a subtle voice "Kiss me, Jack" and the definitely exaggerated answers of our tough man, as vividly resemble B-class films from the fifties. If someone likes such a climate, please, please, but in general they cause a sarcastic smile on the face.
Bermuda Syndrome is a program directed only to real Flashback maniacs. The average player will not discover any pleasure in it, except for those who are delighted with the graphics. On the other hand, however, nobody will try to head, just to see more boards. The game is definitely more difficult than other productions of this type, if we add to this secondary nature and the lack of original solutions, no one will be surprised why Bermuda Syndrome did not achieve greater success.
