Bau-Simulator 2012

Construction Simulator 2012 is another unusual simulation in the achievements of the German company Astragon. This time the developers decided to fulfill the dreams of players, many of whom in their childhood wanted to turn a sandbox into a large construction site.

The game allows you to play the role of a professional builder and build various types of structures with the use of specialized equipment. The creators prepared a number of tasks of varying scale and level of difficulty. Players can test their skills by building a small garage, installing a wind turbine, or building a school building.

It's all about operating different types of vehicles - from excavators for excavating foundations, through a "pear" and a concrete pump to a telescopic crane or a road roller. Individual models of machines do not have official manufacturer's licenses, but experts in the subject should easily find similarities with devices, which can be found on authentic construction sites.

The game's audiovisual setting shows the level typical of Astragon's simulation productions. However, the cooperation with Weltenbauer, a company specializing in the development of software for the presentation and visualization of architectural projects, has resulted in more complex building models.
