Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Description
Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is a continuation of a great tactical game developed by Digital Illusions in cooperation with Electronic Arts. The first installment was published in 2008 and next to Battlefield 2: Modern Combat, was a successful attempt to transfer the series from PCs to consoles (Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3).
Plot
In the second installment of the sub-series, we assume the role of a member of the infamous, eponymous company, consisting of not so exemplary soldiers. As usual, the team found itself at the center of an extremely dangerous events, and again takes part in a large-scale military conflict. To learn the interesting history we have to crawl through, inter alia, snow-capped mountains, dense jungles, and small villages no one has even heard about.
Mechanics
The gameplay does not essentially differ from the original, because the creators decided to continue and expand the best elements of the first installment. So we get quite a few opportunities to use many vehicles which are even more numerous in Battlefield: Bad Company 2. Battles with their participation are spectacular and truly epic. A very impressive arsenal consisting of various weapons and equipment was given at our disposal. The core of gameplay is certainly sowing destruction. Most in-game objects can be destroyed.
Technical aspects and Game modes
Battlefield: Bad Company 2 for PC, X360 and etc. uses the great potential of the advanced Frostbite graphics engine which was used in the first part of the series. Landscapes created by the developers are extremely detailed, and the whole game is very dynamic. In addition to the single-player mode, the creators prepared a number of standard multiplayer modes for online gameplay. In Battlefield: Bad Company 2, Conquest and Rush modes well-known from the previous installments make their appearance, as well as two completely new ones that focus on teams which are small groups of players created within one side of the conflict.

An expansion pack intended exclusively for the multiplayer mode of the tactical FPS Battlefield: Bad Company 2 by EA Dice. The expansion casts the players into the harsh reality of the titular Vietnam War and features five entirely new maps, none of which lacks the distinctive elements of the said conflict. Therefore, the countless trenches, tunnels, and narrows will make for excellent locations in which you can ambush your opponents. The players have also received numerous additions into their arsenal, namely 15 new weapons from this particular era of warfare and 6 previously unavailable vehicles. Competitive games can take place in several modes introduced in the vanilla version of the game; however, the new equipment and a different setting have somewhat influenced the slightly distinct style of skirmishes, which now favors fast-paced battles in close quarters. Battlefield: Bad Company – Vietnam has been fully integrated with the base version of the game, which means that all of the acquired experience and commendations will be added to the already existing player account.
