Bass Pro Shops: The Hunt, released on Wii and X360, is the result of cooperation between Griffin International's development team and Bass Pro Shops, an American chain of fishing and hunting equipment stores. The production was created for players who would like to go hunting.

Mechanics

During virtual hunting you can use 12 types of weapons - from rifles and shotguns, through bows, to revolvers. The developers also took care of a wide range of hunting equipment, such as lures, telescopes, GPS navigation system and ATVs.

Game modes

The game offers three modes - Quick Hunt, Career Mode and Bass Pro Shops Continental Classic Hunting Championship. Players have the opportunity to test their hunting skills by hunting in 10 American fishing grounds, where 20 species of animals await them, including bears, deer, ducks, and elks. The fun is enriched by four mini-games (Target Range shooting, ATV Racing, Blind Fire, Coyote Cruise).

Technical aspects

Bass Pro Shops: The Hunt offers three-dimensional graphics. The character models have a relatively small amount of detail, despite efforts to reproduce the appearance of animals and their surroundings faithfully. The advantages include interesting shots of several cameras (the camera follows a projectile moving in slow motion).
