The goal set by the users of the game is very simple. Barbie must become the most famous model in the world. In order to do this, it is necessary to go through two typically arcade levels and three short episodes at each stage of the struggle, in which it is important to remember the details.
The arcade part consists in covering a designated section of the route leading from home to the gym, and later on a catwalk for models. Depending on the stage, we can move by car, on skates or on foot. On the way, avoid contact with obstacles (other vehicles, slides, passers-by, etc.) and collect bonuses scattered here and there. Getting a shopping bag takes us to the next stage, where we have to find identical clothes to those on the magazine cover shown earlier. A similar situation occurs after taking a camera, but in this case we prepare make-up. Both additional tasks require remembering the required image and if we manage to do them correctly, they bring a certain profit in the form of bonus points.
When you reach the gym you will see the route that Barbie has to repeat on the catwalk for the models. The task boils down to remembering a specific sequence of keys and is not especially complicated, even at the highest level of difficulty.
Barbie Super Model offers decent visuals and pretty good music. Both the arcade stages, as well as those forcing us to change the make-up and clothing, are made very carefully, and will certainly appeal to the girls who like to play with dolls. A big advantage of the game is also free play mode, in which we can freely experiment with the appearance of Barbie.
