The product debuted in 1987 on several hardware platforms, including ZX Spectrum and Commodore 64. The last edition was released in the United States under the name Bop'n Rumble.

The main character of the program is Gorgeous Greg - an American wrestler, in whose role we already played in the previous product of the Australian studio, the game Bop'n Wrestle. This time the athlete does not fight in the ring, but on the street. His new opponents are bandits, which pose a serious threat to elderly ladies walking around the city.

Bad Street Brawler is a classic beat'em up game (murder walked right), similar in terms of general assumptions to such productions as Cadillacs and Dinosaurs or Double Dragon. Greg has to defeat ten districts of the city, to the brim filled with enemies (including dogs, blind oldies and motorcyclists). When putting down more opponents, be careful not to accidentally hit older women. Women occasionally appear on the board and are very vulnerable to trauma.
