Bad Dream: Fever Description
Bad Dream: Fever is the second big production of the independent Polish studio Desert Fox Software. As in the case of the previous work of this team, Bad Dream: Coma, we are dealing with a point & click adventure.
Plot
In Bad Dream: Fever, we find ourselves in a fever dream world, where everything is covered with a strange ink that causes a fatal disease. The task of the hero is to save at least one person. This is difficult as he has to be constantly on the alert, avoiding the mysterious ink and not allowing the fever to infect his mind.
Mechanics
As in Bad Dream: Coma, the core of the gameplay in Bad Dream: Fever is solving puzzles consisting mainly of searching for objects and using them in a specific way. In this way we push the story forward, gaining access to more locations and puzzles. It is worth keeping in mind that our actions have an impact both on the protagonist and on the whole world presented.
Technical aspects
Bad Dream: Fever has two-dimensional graphics, which are kept in a depressing style reminiscent of a pencil sketch. The gameplay is accompanied by a disturbing, gloomy atmosphere, intensified by sparse sounds.
