Game mechanics

In Autopsy Simulator, we observe the action from a first-person perspective (FPP). The pillar of the game' s gameplay is doing autopsies. Before playing, be prepared for the fact that the autopsy process is presented in a very realistic way.

A variety of patients end up on our table. To find out what was the reason for the death of each person, we have to examine their insides step by step. Using syringes, we draw blood, and using scalpels, pincers or even our own hands, we cut the skin and ribs and extract more organs. On the other hand, wanting to get to the brain, we first have to make a suitable hole in the skull. Looking closely at the various organs, we find various injuries on them, and the protagonist's subsequent observations are automatically recorded in the documents. In this way, we gradually come to determine the reason for the death of a person. However, in order to be sure that we have correctly picked out the cause of death, we should carefully study the case file in advance.

Between each autopsy we are busy following and pushing the plot forward. Moving through the morgue, the protagonist has to face chilling dangers and situations, not knowing which of them are real and which are just a product of his imagination.

Technical aspects

Autopsy Simulator features a very decent graphics quality. Especially noteworthy are the detailed design of the bodies that end up on our table; the organs extracted from them have been made with attention to detail.
