Arthur's Quest: Battle for the Kingdom is a three-dimensional action game with an outstandingly arcade character. It was created on the basis of the famous legend about King Arthur and knights of the "round table", residing in the Cornish castle Camelot. The program allows us to trace the expedition of this mythical hero to the stone sword Excalibur, which is a source of great power and a peculiar key to the throne of the ruler of Britain.
Developers have placed eleven extensive stages in their work, during which we compete with hordes of hostile and quite intelligently behaving creatures (e.g. dark dwarves, spiders and werewolves). We eliminate opponents with the use of several medieval types of weapons (e.g. bow, buffalo and classic steel wedge). On the other hand, we observe the course of events from the first person's perspective, and dynamic intermittent sequences help us to explore the feature layer.
