art of rally is a minimalistic game dedicated to car racing. The production was developed by the independent studio Funselektor Labs, in whose portfolio we can find warmly received Absolute Drift.
Mechanics
art of rally shows the action from bird's eye view. More than thirty iconic rally cars have been put at our disposal: cars from the sixties, seventies and eighties, as well as from Group S and the legendary Group B. While driving one of them, we are fighting for victory on fifty routes located in Finland, Sardinia, Norway, Japan and Germany. Although the driving model has an arcade character (and there is nothing to stop us from activating various assists), it's worth making sure we don't damage our vehicle too much, because the defects need to be repaired during the technical break, for which we have a limited time between the next special stages.
Game modes
Although there is no multiplayer mode in art of rally, it is substituted by online rankings, where we can boast of our achievements in daily and weekly challenges.
Technical aspects
art of rally features simple yet eye-catching colorful graphics. The game is played to the accompaniment of a catchy soundtrack.

Worth Playing: 9 / 10 by Cody Medellin
Art of Rally is a racing game for those who want something different. The more playful nature is a nice contrast to the title's simulation-style handling and physics. There are plenty of cars, liveries, and tracks to unlock, and the online play keeps things fresh thanks to the system of weekly and daily challenges. Unless you only want serious racing games, genre fans will love Art of Rally.
Nintendo Life: 8 / 10 by Oliver Reynolds
Despite its obvious visual shortcomings art of rally is still a nice looking game regardless; the gameplay, of course, shines through brightest, making this one of the most authentic, challenging rally titles in some time. The incredible music makes the price of admission worth it alone, and if you’re after a surprisingly nuanced, deep rally game, this is the one to go for.
