Arcade Volleyball is a simple "arcade game" published in 1987, which takes up the subject of volleyball. The participants take control of two nice creatures, which reflect the ball with the help of the whole body.
The pitch is divided into two equal parts with a line in the centre representing the grid. The main task of the players participating in the competition (the program allows only multiplayer games) is to score fifteen points by placing the ball on the opponent's field. Matches are played according to old volleyball rules (changed in 1998 on the occasion of the World Cup in Japan), so the point can only be scored after your own service.
The program offers a simple but clear visual setting in low resolution. Arcade Volleyball has become a model for many similar titles, which can often be found on websites dedicated to free online games.
