Mechanics

In Apparition we observe the action from the eyes of the hero (FPP). The main element of the game is exploration and searching for evidence of the existence of ghosts, whose presence can be documented by means of a camera. In this way we gain points, the number of which we can show off on the online scoreboard, comparing our achievements with other players.

However, this does not stop there, because we can communicate with astral beings through a fully interactive Ouija tablet, with the help of which we ask them questions. However, it is worth paying attention - not only that the forest is full of ghosts, but also of dangerous animals, and the protagonist is endangered by the demons wandering around him, which are better not to get on the road. The shivering climate is additionally intensified by notes found on the way written by people who had previously visited this place.

Technical aspects

Gloomy atmosphere in Apparition is built mainly by economical lighting (in the course of our adventure we often come to use a candle) and the soundtrack that accompanies the struggle effectively builds tension. Three-dimensional graphics created for this production, however, presents a low level.
