Gameplay

Anomaly Collapse is a tactical game in which we take control of a unit of up to three soldiers. Our task is to properly utilize the skills of each of them to deal with the monsters. Due to the limited two-dimensional boards, all characters are lined up in one line, which forces us to plan each action. Although the movement of characters is limited, we can place them behind the enemies, or even in the middle of enemy ranks. Thanks to this, we are able to more effectively strike at the back, attack from the flanks, or use area actions.

The game offers access to a range of heroes with unique biographies, as well as roles and skills. Our team can include, among others, Glitch the fox (who attacks multiple enemies at once with the help of a sword), Verica the kitten (supported by the power of a powerful spirit), Stray the bear (who focuses enemy attacks on his shield), or Regel the wolf (a master of stealth attacks). Creating a good group and combining the abilities of its members can determine victory or defeat. The fight is facilitated by equipping heroes with artifacts encountered in Epsilon City. Thanks to them, we receive additional effects - some of them provide passive bonuses, others can be activated during a battle to reverse its outcome.

In Anomaly Collapse there is no shortage of events that defy all norms. This has a major impact on the battlefield, which is constantly changing (for example, it can tilt or get showered with fireballs). We must adapt to unusual and often comical conditions, turning them to our advantage.
