The twelfth DLC for the economic strategy titled Anno 1800. Anno 1800: New World Rising introduces a new scenario, a previously unavailable social layer (artists) and an additional monument (stadium), as well as islands waiting to be discovered.
Anno 1800: New World Rising is the twelfth major expansion for the economic strategy title Anno 1800, released in 2019. The authors of the original, Ubisoft Blue Byte studio, are behind the add-on, and it was published by Ubisoft, which takes care of the brand.
Plot
Anno 1800: New World Rising offers an additional scenario in which our task is to recover valuable artifacts. In addition, in it we can attempt to tame the constantly transforming market by cancelling the income tax.
Game mechanics
Anno 1800: New World Rising does not introduce any changes in mechanics. Instead, the authors focused on introducing new content. Among other things, the add-on includes a previously unavailable social layer, namely artists, and also brings new islands, the discovery of which we can use to further develop our empire. In addition, the DLC introduces a new monument - the stadium.
Technical aspects
Anno 1800: New World Rising brings no changes to the audiovisual layer. Because it is not a standalone expansion, it requires the basic version of Anno 1800 game to run.
