Adidas miCoach is an extensive training program created by Chromativity development studio under the strict supervision of a well-known sportswear manufacturer. Using motion controllers, users have the opportunity to improve their mobility and physical condition, and the correctness of exercise is supervised by 18 sports stars headed by Jose Mourinho, Manuel Neuner and Ana Ivanovic.

miCoach helps you to raise your game: whether that means increasing your vertical, being faster to the ball or getting the strength to smash past a defensive linesman. As well as training for soccer, American football, tennis, basketball and running, a range of general programs are included to help you lose weight, build muscle or tone up. So whether you want to get fit for sport, or use sport to get fit, miCoach will change the way you train.
