A major DLC for the second installment of the science-fiction third-person shooter series by Visceral Games. It is available exclusively for the owners of the console version of Dead Space 2: Severed and tells the story of two heroes, Gabe and Lexine, whom we know from Dead Space: Extraction, a spin-off to the franchise. In the game, we assume the role of Gabe who tries to escape the Sprawl space station alongside his companion while fending off hordes of necromorphs. The production consists of two acts and takes place in the same time frame as the events of the original Dead Space. Thanks to this, we can see the adventures of Isaac Clarke from a slightly different perspective. The expansion does not introduce any changes in the gameplay mechanics and based on proven solutions of the series that combines elements of a third-person shooter and a science-fiction survival horror game.
