2-bit Cowboy is a two-dimensional platformer of the Cascadia Games team, which was made in a style based on games available on the 8-bit Gameboy console. The action is set in the Wild West, allowing you to play the role of a sheriff defending a small town.

2-bit Cowboy is a 2D platforming game made following a retro convention. The game was created by Cascadia Games studio.

In terms of the plot, the creators took full advantage of old black-and-white westerns - so players get a world with a clear division into good and bad, and they assume the role of a young sheriff, defending a small town in the Wild West against the attacks of bandits. However, the scenario is only a pretext for further missions. In addition to the main thread, the authors filled the campaign with a number of optional side tasks.

2-bit Cowboy is a classic two-dimensional platformer, so while playing players explore maps, bypass obstacles and traps, and fight enemies using firearms. The levels often have an open structure and thus offer a great deal of freedom to explore the world. An additional attraction is the ability to travel on horseback and modify the appearance of the character. The authors have also introduced a large set of interesting mini games, such as bullfighting, riding wheelchairs in mines, and several types of gambling games in casinos.
