Keep your guard up!

We're moving to the 17th century, but in a slightly more fantastical version. In the game, we step into the shoes of unruly Adalia de Volador, an adventurer searching for her place in the world. The heroine's mischievous nature will cause her nothing but trouble, but it will also lead to many amusing situations. Nevertheless, the main goal of the female warrior, i.e. freeing the city from the rule of the tyrant, will be as serious as it gets.

Sword in hand and off we go!

En Garde! primarily focuses on combat. The fights are fast and dynamic, requiring good reflexes, and also rewarding the use of objects or terrain. Adalia can, for example, kick a barrel at an enemy, drop a chandelier on them, or shoot a cannon. The gameplay encourages experimentation, however, the sword will be our most basic weapon.
