Definitely (not) the most important release of the year
Sledgehammer Games has teamed up with Infinity Ward, Treyarch, and Raven Software to develop the next Call of Duty. Captain Price and Task Force 141 will make a comeback, with Vladimir Makarov as their opponent. We can expect a truly cinematic campaign; however, the biggest attractions are reportedly waiting in multiplayer and the zombie mode.
A zombie mode like never before
Many maps known from previous Call of Duty games will return in multiplayer. Modern Warfare 3 will offer the largest number of battlefields and bring back many classic modes. The most significant change will involve the zombie mode, which will receive an open map, missions, special equipment, and a team competition against the undead.
