Any Class Any Weapon is a mod for XCOM 2, created by The Iron Rose,
Description:
Allows any class, including rookies, to equip any primary weapon.
There are other mods on the nexus that do the same thing, but this is a modular install that does not overwrite XcomClassData.ini, but instead intelligently adds the relevant lines to the .ini, meaning this mod is fully compatible with other mods that affect XcomClassData.ini.
Instructions:
Extract AnyClassAnyWeapon folder to Steam\SteamApps\common\XCOM 2\XComGame\Mods
