World of Chaos is a mod for Victoria II: Heart of Darkness, created by Danleburg.
Description:
An alternate history mod without all the history. This mod offers a highly aggressive world with constant warfare and massive rebels. With the world being constantly in flames you will have a jolly good time watching everything burning into the ground while everything that has already been burnt into the most darkest of ashes keeps adding fuel to the fire that melts nations worldwide.
To install:
Extract to „mod” folder (for example „C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Victoria 2\mod”) and activate in menu.
