Conquest Mod is tested on Victoria 2 Heart of Darkness 3.03. This mod makes the mechanics of conquest and many other functions easier. It adds the European Union, the African Union, and a new game mode faster with reduced population, which is also ideal for multiplayer. To compensate the lack of resources, some territories have the railroad set to a high number by default. For speed purpose, only nine nations can build the industry: Germany, France, United Kingdom, Italy, Scandinavia, Austria, Spain, Two Sicilies and Papal States.
Put these files on "Victoria 2\mod" folder. Run the launcher, select "Conquest Mod" in the mod box, and click "Start".
